INGREDIENTS
1 c Nut Milk of Choice
¼ c Chia Seeds
¼ c Shredded Coconut
¼ c Almonds, Slivered
Optional: Few Drops of Stevia
PREP
1. Mix all ingredients in a container.
2. Cover container, and refrigerate overnight.
3. Parfait stays fresh for 4-5 days, so feel free to prepare in large batches (once it’s confirmed you like it!)
Note on Consistency
Using Full Fat Coconut Milk (usually found in a can) will result in a denser, thicker pudding; using almond or another type of nut milk will result in a thinner, more gelatinous pudding.
Tasty Toppers
Can be prepared as breakfast or dessert, depending on your mix ins.
For a Breakfast Parfait
Add blueberries, strawberries, or raspberries; slivered almonds, shredded coconut, Ketoflex Granola, cinnamon, nut or coconut yogurt.
For a Dessert Pudding
Add 2 tbsp cocoa powder, dark chocolate chips, cacao nibs, vanilla extract (for a vanilla instead of chocolate taste), shredded coconut.
